How to reach us:
– We recommend the car, both owned and rented to get to us and also be able to get around and visit the beauties of Umbria.
– The nearest airport is Rome, about 1 hour and a half by car from Fiumicino or about 1 hour and 10 minutes from Ciampino.
– By train the closest station to us is Narni-Amelia (12 km from us) which is on the Rome-Ancona line
From the North – West
– A1 (Milan-Naples) heading south. Exit at Orte and continue towards Terni.
– Exit for Amelia and continue until you reach the first sign for entering the town, immediately after which you will find the indication for Montecastrilli (turn right) Photo A below.
– From this point follow the signs for Montecastrilli.
– After about 9 km, still in the direction of Montecastrilli, you will find the Agriturismo San Cristoforo sign which tells you to turn left (Photo B below).
– The Agriturismo is no more than 400 m from this sign. (Take the first white road, on the left, which leads to our village)
From North – East
– E45 (Cesena – Terni) heading south. Exit at Acquasparta and continue towards Montecastrilli.
– Reach and pass the town of Montecastrilli at the crossroads follow the signs for Amelia (turn left); Photo A below.
– After about 7 km from Montecastrilli you will find the Agriturismo San Cristoforo sign, which tells you to turn right (Photo B below).
– The Agriturismo is no more than 400 m from this sign. (Take the first white road, on the left, which leads to our village)
From Sud
– A1 (Milan-Naples) heading north. Exit at Orte and continue in the direction of Terni.
